Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KiddoShield software and services operated by GreenKite Co. ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using KiddoShield, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
KiddoShield is a parental control application for Windows PCs that allows parents to monitor and manage their children's online activity, including web filtering, screen time management, application control, and activity reporting.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority over the device(s) on which KiddoShield is installed. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are installing the software on devices you own or are legally authorized to monitor.
3. License
Subject to your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use KiddoShield on the number of devices permitted by your subscription plan, solely for personal, non-commercial parental monitoring purposes.
- Free Trial: 7-day full-feature trial, no payment required.
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly. Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
- Annual Plan: Billed once per year at a discounted rate.
4. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf.
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. You authorize us (via Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use KiddoShield to monitor individuals without their knowledge in jurisdictions where this is prohibited by law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
- Resell or sublicense the software to third parties.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
KiddoShield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will block all inappropriate content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreenKite Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of KiddoShield.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
