Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. No questions asked.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with KiddoShield for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both Monthly and Annual plans.

To request a refund, contact us at admin@greenkite.com.vn with your order ID or the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

2. Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals (Monthly or Annual), we may offer a refund if requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided the service has not been used significantly during that period. Renewal refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Exceptions — Non-Refundable

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
  • Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service.
  • Free Trial period — no payment is taken during the trial.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after we approve the request).

Paddle may also handle refund requests directly. If you purchased via Paddle, you may contact Paddle support at paddle.com/support.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. To receive a refund for the current period, please submit a refund request as described above.
