GreenKite Co. ("we", "us", "our") operates KiddoShield. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you and the children whose devices you monitor.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Providing and improving the KiddoShield service.
- Sending activity reports and alerts to the parent's mobile app.
- Processing subscription payments (via Paddle).
- Sending transactional emails (order confirmation, license key).
- Diagnosing technical issues and improving software quality.
3. Children's Privacy
KiddoShield is designed to be used by parents to monitor their minor children's devices. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own purposes. Web activity and usage data collected from a child's device is accessible only to the parent account that registered that device.
Parents are responsible for ensuring that their use of KiddoShield complies with applicable laws regarding monitoring of minors in their jurisdiction.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Paddle — payment processor and Merchant of Record. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting and screenshot storage (S3).
- Brevo — transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic — AI-based website classification (domains only, no personal data).
- Law enforcement, when required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
- Web activity logs and screenshots: retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Order records: retained for 7 years for tax/legal compliance.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and access controls. Screenshots are stored in private S3 buckets accessible only via signed URLs.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@greenkite.com.vn. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
Our website (kiddoshield.com) does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use only essential session cookies for authentication.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
